Leica V-Lux 3: New long-zoom camera announced (Imaging-resource)
Leica Camera AG has this week introduced its new V-Lux 3 digital camera, a
twelve megapixel model with a 24x optical zoom lens. As with all of the
company’s fixed-lens digital cameras except the X-1, the Leica V-Lux 3 is a
rebadged variant of another camera–specifically, the Panasonic Lumix DMC-
FZ150, which we just reviewed a few weeks ago. Comparing the spec sheets for
the two cameras reveals little in the way of differences, although Leica does
list a slightly lower overall weight. The most significant difference–beyond
